Request IDs
Every response from your market’s API servers, a success or an error, carries an X-Request-Id header: the id of that one request in our logs.
HTTP/1.1 403 ForbiddenX-Request-Id: 9f2c4e1a7b3d48e6a0c5f1d2e3b4a596Content-Type: application/jsonA few refusals come from our edge before a request reaches those servers, and carry none: a 401 for a key that is not of the form sk_<mode>_<market>_… or names a market we do not have, and a 404 for an address that is no part of the API. Nothing past the edge saw those requests; check the key or the address.
Log it with every request you make, beside your own ids. When you write to us about a request, a failed one above all, give us its X-Request-Id: we find exactly what happened to it, without guessing from times and amounts.
